10-14 days standard shipping to most regions depending on customs clearance within each country. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout once all products have been added to the cart and shipping address has been inputed.
International shipping (anywhere outside of Canada or the US) will be calculated based on the weight of the parcel.
It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for unused, unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please email us at info@vitabuy.ca with your order number and the item you are looking to return. A Vitabuy customer service representative will contact you to complete the process.
Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return. Returns more than $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
